Terms & Conditions

(Bare root trees)

Delivery

Trees will be delivered bare root by the end of July 2020, subject to seasonal conditions.

Delivery fees apply as follows:

• Perth Metro Region - 6.5% of total order +gst.

• Lower South West Region - 6.5% of total order +gst.

• South West Region - 4% of total order +gst.

Minimum delivery charge of $100.00+gst for all deliveries.

Trading Terms

Accounts must be paid within 30 days of delivery date. All accounts which are not paid within a 30 day period will incur a 2% accounting fee per month until account is balanced.

All goods remain the property of Mullalyup Forest Farm Nursery until accounts are paid.

All new customer accounts are COD. Trees will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

Post Delivery Tree Care

Mullalyup Forest Farm Nursery does not take any responsibility for the health and care of the customers trees once delivered. We advise that the bare tree roots are to be kept moist at all times post delivery and should be healed in (buried) or potted on the same day of delivery.

If you receive your trees via courier, we advise that you remove the plastic wrap from the bare roots immediately after your trees are delivered, and heal them in or pot them up as previously stated.
